Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total invoice value:

• 10% – Flight preparation charges will apply if the flight is cancelled due to Force Majeure circumstances.

• 25% – If the booking is cancelled 6 days or more before the scheduled departure.

• 50% – If the booking is cancelled less than 6 days but more than 72 hours before the scheduled departure.

• 100% – If the booking is cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled departure.

Last-Minute Cancellation:
Any cancellation or change to the flight sectors after the commencement of the flight program, where execution is not possible due to operational reasons or the absence of required permissions, will be treated as a Last-Minute Cancellation. In such cases, 100% of the total estimated charter cost will be charged.

8. Additional Charges

Day Detention Charges

• Domestic Flights: INR 50,000 per hour

• International Flights: USD 350 per hour

These charges apply after 4 hours of complimentary waiting time (where no overnight waiting is involved).

Night Halt Charges

• Domestic Flights (India): INR 50,000 per night

• International Flights: USD 2,000 per night

Non-Flying Day Charges

If the aircraft is required to remain on standby by the client on a non-flying day, a charge equivalent to 2 hours of flying time will apply. No night halt charges will be applicable for that day.

Watch Hour Extension

Any watch hour extension charges imposed by the airport will be billed separately after the completion of the flight, as these charges cannot be determined in advance.

Additional Regulatory Charges

Any extra charges imposed by the Airport Authority, Customs, or any other regulatory authority that are not applicable at the time of booking will be billed separately.

GST

Goods and Services Tax (GST @ 18%) will be applicable in accordance with the prevailing Government of India regulations.

9. Foreign Nationals Traveling to Defense Airfields

For all foreign nationals traveling to defense airfields operated by Airjet Charters LLP, the following information must be provided at least 10 working days prior to the scheduled flight:

• Complete passport details

• Confirmed departure time

• Confirmed arrival time

Please note that no changes to the confirmed departure or arrival timings will be accepted by the Air or Naval Headquarters once submitted.
